Developer Support

You’ve got an in-house development team whose expertise lies in writing fantastic code. Our Developer Support service gives your team access to our AWS certified experts for advice and guidance on best practices relating to your AWS infrastructure.

What’s included?

Your developers will get access to a shared slack channel where they can ask questions to our AWS Certified Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team during office hours.

Questions will generally be answered via Slack, or taken to a scheduled Zoom session if more in-depth discussions are required.

If an opinion of a more senior technician is required then we’ll escalate your request internally and feed back accordingly.

If you have anything that needs more involved consultancy work we can produce a statement of work for a consultancy session (one day minimum).

The service is charged at a flat monthly rate, according to the number of developers that need access to the service.
