Architecting Your Cloud-Native Journey with AWS

AWS Cloud Native Accelerator (CNA) is a comprehensive program designed to enable existing customer teams with prescriptive guidance on best practices, guardrails, and re-usable patterns to accelerate the adoption of cloud native technologies using Serverless and Container services.

Program Goals

Building a Cloud Native Centre of Excellence

The overarching goal of the Cloud Native Accelerator is to enable your internal architecture teams to create a Cloud Native Centre of Excellence (CNCoE). Our AWS consultants will work with your CNCoE team, upskilling them through technical deep-dive enablement sessions, and providing guidance and hands-on engineering support to design and build 2 to 3 Cloud Native POCs.

Through the engagement your internal CNCoE team will build practical knowledge and experience that can be applied to your modernisation program of work, and that can be cascaded across other teams in the organisation.

The final phase of the engagement is to build a roadmap for ongoing modernisation driven by the CNCoE team, following the CNA program best practices. Ongoing support options from Steamhaus are available to assist in the delivery of the modernisation roadmap.

A CNA engagement is fully-funded by AWS, subject to approval and qualification criteria.
