Re:Invent Recap: Steamhaus Featured for EBA Delivery
Steamhaus was proud to be featured among AWS partners at re:Invent for delivering impactful EBAs.

Steamhaus was delighted to see our logo featured again at the re:Invent Partner Keynote for the third year in a row!
While each year highlighted different capabilities, the theme is consistent: deep collaboration with AWS to deliver real-value for our customers.
This year, Dr. Ruba Borno highlighted the AWS Experience-Based Acceleration (EBA) program, and how we’re one of ~70 partners globally selected to deliver these AWS-funded engagements to customers.
Why are EBAs so valuable? Because 84% of digital transformations fail. Technology is often the easy part, yet the real risks come from organisational silos, skills gaps, and a lack of executive alignment.
We use EBAs to fix this by replacing endless planning with action. The sprint-based, immersive approach gets the right people in the room to solve problems together in real-time.
This delivers real outcomes in days, not weeks, and helps build the muscle memory teams need to scale. Whether it’s unblocking a stalled migration, modernising a legacy application, or shipping new GenAI features, EBAs create immediate momentum to drive projects forward.

Last year, we were featured for our collaboration with the Amazon Q team on developer code transformation tooling. We're proud to bring our expertise as a modernisation specialist AWS partner to help developers accelerate their transformation efforts.

In 2024 we also went up on stage to deliver a talk on accelerating application migration and modernisation.
In the session, Tom Misiukanis, Jamie Walker and Matheus Guimaraes explored how modernisation drives greater agility, how Amazon Q Developer can streamline code transformation at scale, and the practical steps teams can take to ensure a smooth, successful migration journey.
Revisit their talk here.
We're grateful to the AWS Partners team for their continued recognition, and we’re looking forward to delivering more value with AWS in 2026!
